Daniel Trink came to the Champaign campus of Human Kinetics to oversee a photo and video shoot for his upcoming book High-Intenisty 300. From February 28 to March 3, seven models, HK’s photo and video crew, and the book’s editorial team were in the studio from 7:00 to 5:00 shooting both still photos and video. On Sunday they used the facilities at the YMCA while it was closed to the public.
