Express delivery is available for between $15-$30 depending on your address and the weight of the package. Please contact us if you’d like your order upgraded to Express Post.

For U.S. customers, orders with a street delivery address are shipped UPS Ground.
Orders with a post office box are shipped USPS 1st class. For an additional fee you may choose UPS 2nd-day or next-day air shipping. At this time we do not offer USPS flat rate box shipping.
Orders shipped from the U.S. to a location outside of the U.S. are shipped via first class international or priority mail international and delivery time varies by destination.
If your order is being shipped from somewhere outside the continental United States, please contact that international office.

If you just made your first purchase, you will first need to reset your password.
Once you have reset your password, you can access your courses on the "My Courses" page here: http://education.humankinetics.com/my-courses
How reset your password
To reset your password, click here: http://www.humankinetics.com/reset-password. You will usually receive the reset password email within 30 minutes. Please check your spam and junk email folders for the password reset email.

For Returning Users
To view the list of courses and exams that you currently have access to, please sign in.
For New Users
- When purchasing a digital product from our website (US.HumanKinetics.com or Canada.HumanKinetics.com), you will receive an automatic confirmation email. (If you do not see the email message, please check your spam folder.)
- The email message will contain a temporary password and a link to access your purchased digital products on this legacy platform.
- Sign in.
- Follow the instructions in the email message to reset your password. This account will be different from your US.HumanKinetics.com account.
- Access your digital products by clicking on the link in the email message or by going to My Courses.
