How To Participate

Each visit to the Human Kinetics website is automatically checked for an associate ID key in the query string of it's URL. When you create your link to our books, videos, and software, simply drop your associate id key into the URL. For example, if you wanted to create an associate link to the book Complete Conditioning for Baseball (whose ISBN is 0736001549) and your associate ID key is 555444, you would amend the URL for this book:

http://www.humankinetics.com/products/showproduct.cfm?isbn=0736001549

by dropping in your associate key:

http://www.humankinetics.com/products/showproduct.cfm?associate=555444&isbn=0736001549

If the URL that you are linking to doesn't already have a query string (a portion of the URL that is preceded by a question mark "?"), then simply suffix the URL with a question mark and your associate key:

http://www.humankinetics.com/?associate=555444

You can make your associate link even more productive by anchoring your link with a photograph of the cover of the item you've linked to. Feel free to cut and paste the image of any of our products to your website (as long as they are used for an associates link!)

You can check which products are being ordered the most and how much of a commission you've earned anytime, 24 hours a day by visiting the Associates Progress Report

Simply enter your Associate Key ID and view all of your order history for the current quarter. You'll know which products work best for you, and you'll be able to tailor your website toward the most productive titles.

It's that easy!
Now when visitors to your website click on the image or link, our computer software will automatically record any product purchase they make from these direct links. Every quarter, Human Kinetics will send you a check for 10% of the retail price of orders resulting from these direct links (around the middle of August, November, February, and May).

Feel free to link to as few or as many products as you would like, the more purchases made from your website, the more money you can earn!
