Human Kinetics Bookstore Customers Will Now Get a Free Book with Every Book Purchased!
We are providing a special bonus to our customers who come into the Human Kinetics facility in Champaign, Illinois or Windsor, Ontario, Canada. We have created a special section in these bookstores that will house “bonus” books. For every book a customer buys, he or she can pick a free “bonus” book. That’s right—a FREE book from this new section. When customers buy two books they can choose two books from the “bonus” section and both will be free, buy three books get three bonus books free, etc. What a deal! (Keep in mind that these books are what we call our “hurt” books. They may have a slight defect making them no longer salable but they are perfect for our “bonus” section.)

Become a Part of the Read Free Program!
In case you’re not familiar with Human Kinetics’ Read Free Program, it was initiated in 1991 to provide free books to developing nations and other needy organizations who can benefit from our publications, but who would not ordinarily be able to afford them. We accomplish this by sending out “hurt” books (those with cosmetic blemishes that make them unsalable). Rather than languishing in our warehouse, and possibly being destroyed, these hurt books are put to use around the world. We will evaluate any request that comes in that does not compete with the efforts of our sales department. We would also like to make a difference locally so if there are any local schools or organizations that would benefit from a book donation, let me know.
You can help us make a difference locally and around the world. We need our authors and friends to help us locate and identify those organizations that can benefit from this program. The only thing you need to do is send a letter or email with the specifics to Kristen Henderson. Email address – kristenh@hkusa.com. We’ll do the rest!
